It’s the (Crouch) End of the world

How do you make an authentic zombie film in London? You can get up before dawn, shut down the city’s busiest streets for minutes at a time and get some epic, barren shots, just like Danny Boyle did in 28 Days Later. OR you can do what Simon Pegg did for Shaun of the Dead (2004) and film it around Crouch End. He wanted to make the film about a “London that tourists don’t visit,” as hetold Deadline. “We didn’t want to put zombies on Westminster bridge.”
